SUP Yoga is a natural combination of the ancient practices of Standup Paddleboarding and Yoga.
Practicing yoga postures on a SUP takes it to the next level of focus, breath, mindfulness and connecting with nature.
Additionally, it is just plain fun for the soul to be on the water in nice weather with awesome people.
Should note that some prior experience on a SUP is required to best utilize the SUP Yoga classes.
For those totally new to SUP, try out a free rental before doing the SUP Yoga classes when you
buy a 5 class package for 150$.
Drop ins are possible for limited basis for $40 per session.
Have your own board?? You can drop in for $20 or buy a package of 5 for $75.

Blaine has been practicing yoga for the past 10yrs and teaching for 3 1/2 yrs.
He teaches in the greater Dartmouth-Halifax area for HRM Recreation, MEC Halifax,
Clarity Garden Wellness Clinic and Shanti Hot Yoga studios. He has 200hr RYT, Advanced Flatwater Paddle Canada Certificate
SUP Yoga Teacher Training Certificate and 50hr Yin Yoga RYT.
Stephanie Olive is a 200Hr RYT and 50Hr Yin trained teacher who finds passion and excitement
in guiding people into their own passion for yoga! Not only does she have a passion for Yoga,
but she also has a passion for water so it would seem SUP Yoga is the next logical step in melding to loves into one!
Stephanie wants to bring yoga to as many people as possible as it changed her life, physically, emotionally and spiritually for the better and believes the practice can be beneficial to everyone in some way or another.
